ALTA/ACSMSurvey is a survey with exact specifications as spelled out by American Land Title Association and the American Congress of Survey and Mapping. In accordance with the 2005 Minimum Standard Requirements the surveyor will certify to the title agency that the subject ALTA/ ACSM Survey meets said standards.
